My name is Mr. Angus McIntosh, but almost everybody calls me Mr. Mac. I am teaching the grade 8 class at Prince Arthur this year and am looking forward to an excellent year. This is my 7th year teaching at Prince Arthur and my 16th year of being a teacher. I am from Moose Jaw originally, as I attended Palliser Heights School from Kindergarten to grade 8, and then Vanier Collegiate for grades 9 to 12. I received my University Degree from the University of Regina and I recently earned a Certificate from Harvard University in educational technology! (Not many people believe me but it’s true!!!) My hobbies include hockey (I’m still looking for a team that needs a slow right winger who can’t score), golf, woodworking, reading and following my kids around to their various activities.
Un-professional Development
I call this Un-professional Development because little I do here is done in any sytematic form as expected from “Professionals”. This will be a wander through the unknown! I plan on using this blog as a way to share my (few) good ideas, lesson plans, tutorials and resources as I stumble across them. Certainly there won’t be something for everybody, but maybe there will be something for somebody!
